Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

All jewellery is 925 Hallmarked Sterling Silver. I recommend cleaning it with a microfiber cloth. If more intense cleaning is needed, warm water and a little dishwash liquid is good. Do not use vinegar or baking soda, as some crystals are porous and this will damage the stone.
It is possible that over time your silver jewellery will start tarnishing. Tarnishing is a natural process which is caused by oxygen and moisture coming into contact with various types of metal. To avoid this, do not exercise with your crystal jewellery on, and don't wear it in the shower/bath.
I ship all packages tracked with Deutsche Post. You'll receive your tracking number shortly after your order has shipped.When your item arrives at the destination country, it is transferred to the local shipping company.
